This week, we discussed how different aspects of space can affect us. We focused on schools, and we broke school (as a space) down into many different subsections. My group for example, was tasked with reading about how equipment affects us while at school. Our two articles both dealt with WiFi and EMF radiation. We discovered several alarming pieces of information. Take for example, the fact that living next to a telephone wire for five years during adolescence increases your chances of developing cancer by 500%. This makes it apparent different types of space can harm you in different ways. Scuba diving can lead to possible death, but so can spending to much time by a telephone wire. Food for thougtht right?
